Valrhona & Durian Cream

Love chocolate and love Durians? Never thought Durians could taste so good with chocolate? Our Valrhona chocolate sponge cake here is layered with fresh Durian cream, and covered with the most delectable dark Valrhona Ganache. A scrumptious combination of chocolate and Durian!

This is a handmade cake and frosting style and garnish may differ from the picture. We may substitute the cake garnish with other garnishes depending on availability.

This cake should be stored in a chiller. Please remove from the chiller about 10-15 minutes before serving.

Storage/handling

Durians have the most unpredictable and short shelf life. This cake must be consumed on the day of purchase and kept in a chilled environment away from direct sunlight. We cannot guarantee it will last beyond the day...if you can stop yourself from finishing it!
