Inspired by the romantic story of Amaretto made by the muse and Madonna of Luini, a student of da Vinci, as a gift to her beloved.

Now for a limited time, you can experience that gift in our Amaretto infused Cake, delicate, nutty, and intoxicating with notes of almond and vanilla, alternating with smooth silky amaretto infused creme, finished with roasted almond pralines.

Storage/handling

Cake can be stored in an airtight container in a chiller for up to 2 days.  Sugar in the praline and nuts may soften the over time.  

Important Note: Please handle with care when transporting the cake and keep cake box upright in a cool air conditioned car away from direct sunlight. If travelling with cake for more than 1 hour, we recommend storing the cake box in a cooler bag and cooler packs (both sold separately) or cooler box with ice bag/cooler packs.

Packaging

Cake is packed in a standard white cake cardboard box. Cake box may soften if kept in the chiller.
