Our new upgraded Brandy Fruit Cake is Christmas wrapped in warm aromatics - wonderfully moist, richly spiced, and overflowing with exotic and classic fruits soaked in smooth brandy. Each slice is packed with cranberries, sultanas, raisins, Philippine mangoes, pineapples, apricots, prunes and dates, creating a lush tapestry of flavours held together by just enough spiced cake. Gently fed with more brandy, it brings that cosy, festive glow the season is made for.

Note: This Fruit Cake is super crumbly because it's got more fruit than cake to hold it together.

Storage/handling

Cake must be stored in an airtight container in a chiller away from direct sunlight. Although it can keep for 3-5 days, because it is made with fresh pineapples, and the fruits are soaked with brandy, we recommend that it is consumed within a few days.  

Packaging

Cake is packed in a standard artcard cake box. Please note that the cake box may soften when placed in a chiller due to the moisture level within.
