The Cake that started our Swich journey - this almost truffle-like Valrhona Chocolate cake is made with Valrhona chocolate, organic Muscovado sugar, fresh cream and buttermilk. Now topped with our signature chocolate sauce for an ultra decadent and intensely chocolatey experience.

The Valrhona Chocolate Cake is usually sold unadorned. Our Signature Chocolate Sauce is packed separately. 

Any decorations if provided is subject to availability of ingredients and will be garnished by hand.

Other garnishes and decorations are extra, and may be purchased from our Add-Ons Menu. The fruits in the picture above is for 1 set of Strawberries (from Add-Ons Menu). Please note that fruits, garnishes and decorations are purchased or may be made by hand upon order confirmation, no two are alike and decorating styles may differ.

Picture shows a 9 inch cake, which serves up to 15 pax or more depending on the size of slices.  A 6 inch cake serves up to 6-8 pax.

Storage/handling

This cake is best consumed at room temperature. However cake should be stored in airtight container in the chiller. Please remove from chiller 60 minutes before serving. Cake can keep 2 to 3 days if stored properly.

Important Note: Please handle with care when transporting the cake and keep cake box upright in a cool air conditioned car away from direct sunlight.

Packaging

Cake is packed in a standard white cardboard cake box. Please note that the cake box may soften when placed in a chiller due to the moisture level within.
