Durian, chocolate & pistachio kunafah - A light chocolate sponge layered with durian pulp and covered with the satin smooth Valrhona Ganache, topped with pistachio Kunafah. A super luxurious treat and scrumptious cake for any occasion.

This cake should be stored in a chiller. Please remove from the chiller about 10-15 minutes before serving. 

This is a handmade product, decorating style may differ and and garnishes may be substituted according to availability.

Please allow 1 day's notice for this cake. 

Storage/handling

Kindly handle and store with care, away from direct sunlight and heat. Store in an airtight container in a chiller. Consume within 1 day as durian is a highly perishable fruit.

Important Note: This cake is made with cream and is extremely sensitive to heat! Please handle with care when transporting the cake and keep cake box upright in a cool air conditioned car away from direct sunlight. If travelling with cake for more than 1 hour, we recommend storing the cake box in a cooler bag and cooler packs (both sold separately) or cooler box with ice bag/cooler packs.
