One of our latest creations, and now a best selling favourite, for durian lovers who are looking for a creamy durian cake, that’s more durian than cake. Our Durian Bomb is made with freshly whipped durian cream over more generous amount of durian pulp in between 4 layers of Gula Melaka sponge to create the ultimate durian cake! We use 1.2 kg durian for a 9” cake, if that’s not durian heaven, what is? :)
Fruit topping such as strawberries or blueberries can be ordered from Add-On menu. Previously this cake was covered with coconut, but we have now left out the coconut so that you can enjoy the smooth creamy texture of the durian.
All our cakes are hand frosted so no two cakes are exactly alike. Fruit garnish used may differ slightly depending on the fruit we have on hand

Durians have the most unpredictable and short shelf life. This cake must be consumed on the day of purchase and kept in a chilled environment away from direct sunlight. We cannot guarantee it will last beyond the day...if you can stop yourself from finishing it!
Important Note: Fresh cream is extremely sensitive to heat! Please handle with care when transporting the cake and keep cake box upright in a cool air conditioned car away from direct sunlight. If travelling with cake for more than 1 hour, we recommend storing the cake box in a cooler bag and cooler packs (both sold separately) or cooler box with ice bag/cooler packs.
Cake is packed in a standard white cardboard cake box. Please note that the cake box may soften when placed in a chiller due to the moisture level within.
