Our Valrhona chocolate sponge cake here is layered with fresh Cempedak cream, and covered with the most delectable dark Valrhona Ganache. A scrumptious combination of chocolate and Cempedak, a popular Swich classic!

This cake should be stored in a chiller. Please remove from the chiller about 10-15 minutes before serving. 

Note: Please note that the current batch of Cempedak Madu fruits is sweet with a slight touch of bitter taste, this is normal and is the natural taste of the fruit itself.
