Mother's Day Limited Edition cake! Do you love mucha Matcha? If the answer is yes, then this Matcha Cake is for you! We use superior grade matcha from tea leaves harvested from the famous matcha production region of Uji, Kyoto. 

Matcha is high in antioxidants, and proven to boost brain function, improve health health, help weight loss and may help prevent cancer. Whist we don't claim to be health experts, we think is a great reason to enjoy this cake! A double dose of premium Matcha in the soft sponge cake and in the whipped Matcha cream frosting, layered with lychees. Delicate, bittersweet and full of matcha goodness! 

Please allow 3 days' advance notice for this cake. 


Cake must be stored in an airtight container in a chiller away from direct sunlight. Although it can keep for 1 to 2 days, we recommend that it is consumed on the day it is purchased.


Cake is packed in a standard white cardboard cake box. Please note that the cake box may soften when placed in a chiller due to the moisture level within.
