Gula Melaka Biscoff & Banana Cake
We love a good Banoffee Pie, but what's even better is a cake combo of luscious banana chunks and chocolate and toffee and cream! Our Gula Melaka Biscoff & Banana cake is made with supersized chunks of bananas laced with our home cooked Gula Melaka toffee and Biscoff crumbs layered over our favourite Gula Melaka sponge frosted with Valrhona cocoa whipped cream, and a good drizzle of Valrhona Ganache!
Please allow 2 days advance order for this cake. For 11” cake please allow 4 days notice.
Cake can be stored in an airtight container In the chiller for up to 2 days. Please remove from the chiller 30 minutes before serving.
Important Note: Please handle with care when transporting the cake and keep cake box upright in a cool air conditioned car away from direct sunlight. If travelling with cake for more than 1 hour, we recommend storing the cake box in a cooler bag and cooler packs (both sold separately) or cooler box with ice bag/cooler packs.
Cake is packed in a standard white cake cardboard box. Cake box may soften if kept in the chiller. If you prefer a sturdier box, you may elect to purchase it at our Add-Ons Menu.
