Pandan Gula Melaka
Growing up, my Mom was always thrilled with anything pandan. She said it made cakes fragrant. Pandan is the Vanilla of Malaysia.
So we've made this Pandan sponge cake, springy and soft and full of Pandan flavour, from fresh pandan leaves, frosted simply with Gula Melaka whipped cream cheese. From 100% smoky pure Gula Melaka from the estates of Malacca.100% natural without artificial flavours and or colours.

Cake must be stored in an airtight container in the chiller away from direct sunlight. Cake may be stored for up to 3 days.
Cake is packed in a standard white cardboard cake box. Please note that the cake box may soften when placed in a chiller due to the moisture level within.
