Cake

Also known as the Medovik cake, this cake consists of layers and layers of golden brown lightly spiced honey biscuits infused and softened with dulce de leche cream, and covered with honey biscuit crumbs. 

Size and colour of fruits may differ subject to what is available in the market. Other garnishes and decorations are extra, and may be purchased from our Add-Ons Menu. Please note that fruits, garnishes and decorations are purchased or may be made by hand upon order confirmation, no two are alike and decorating styles may differ.

Picture shows a 9” inch cake, which serves up to 12-15 pax or more depending on the size of slices. 6” cake serves 6-8 pax.

Storage/handling

This cake should be stored in airtight container in the chiller. Cake can keep 2 to 3 days if stored properly, but we recommend consuming the cake on the day of purchase as cake may dry out in the chiller. 

Packaging

Cake is packed in a standard white cardboard cake box. Please note that the cake box may soften when placed in a chiller due to the moisture level within. A sturdier cake box may be purchased from our Add-Ons Menu if you wish.
