The Hokkien name for pandan leaves is fragrant grass...did God love this grass so much He gave it not only a gorgeous shade of green but also the most delicious scent ever?! And pistachios - the nut more expensive than Musang King - is just the right nutty earthy complement to Pandan.
Our Pandan Pistachio Praline cake is a fragrant pandan cake frosted with roasted pistachio cream and topped with speckles of homemade pistachio praline. All natural ingredients, no preservatives or artificial colouring is used.
