Do you love mucha Matcha? If the answer is yes, then this Matcha Strawberry Cake is for you! We use superior grade matcha from tea leaves harvested from the famous matcha production region of Uji, Kyoto. A double dose of premium Matcha in the soft sponge cake and in the whipped Matcha cream cheese frosting delicately accented by strawberry cream cheese with fresh strawberries...a matcha made in Heaven!
Please allow 2 days' advance notice for this cake as we need to ensure we have fresh strawberries available.
Cake must be stored in an airtight container in a chiller away from direct sunlight. Although it can keep for 1 to 2 days, because it is made with fresh strawberries and cream cheese, we recommend that it is consumed on the day it is purchased. The strawberry juice from the compote may seep into the cake and cause the chiffon cake layers to be soaked with juice over time.
Cake is packed in a standard white cardboard cake box. Please note that the cake box may soften when placed in a chiller due to the moisture level within.
