Mango Mascarpone (Mangomisu)
The Mangomisu, because mangoes are best eaten fresh! Here we are complementing the fresh mangoes with a little juice brushed over coconut chiffon sponge and enhancing the creamy texture with our all-time favourite mascarpone cheese. Mango and Mascarpone. It’s so delightfully creamy and mango-y.
Cake toppers and other garnishes are excluded. You may select from our list of garnishes, fruits or other decorations from our Add-On menu.
Please allow 3 day's notice for this cake, as we need to purchase fresh mangoes.
Cake should be kept in an airtight container in the chiller. Please note that although the cake can keep for 2 to 3 days, it may dry out in a chiller, and we therefore recommend consuming the cake on the day it is purchased. Fruits garnishes, if used, will dry out in the chiller. The cake is brushed with juice, so some parts may be wetter than others.
Cake is packed in a standard white cardboard cake box. Please note that the cake box may soften when placed in a chiller due to the moisture level within.
