Gula Melaka Banoffee Pie
Our sky high Gula Melaka Banoffee Pie...how can anyone resist this delectable treat! We start with a Valrhona cocoa crust, sumptuously covered with a layer of Valrhona Ganache. Then comes the bananas, huge sweet chunks of the best fragrant bananas we can find, generously coated with our housemade Salted Gula Melaka Caramel. We pile on as much bananas as possible on the crust and try not to burst it at its seams. A good Banoffee Pie deserves a generous dollop of freshly whipped cream, and we accent ours with Valrhona cocoa. Finally, a good drizzle of more Valrhona Ganache and more Salted Gula Melaka Caramel. And that is how a seemingly simple treat is elevated to the realm of scrumdiddlyumptiousness!

Please allow 2 days' advance notice for this order as we have to ensure we have stock of ripe bananas.
This pie is best eaten fresh because fresh bananas and fresh cream deserve to be devoured as soon as possible. If that is not possible and if you wish to keep it for another day or two, it's still delicious but perhaps will not taste quite as fresh. Please keep in an airtight container in the chiller away from heat and direct sunlight.
The pie is packed in a standard white cardboard cake box. The cake box will soften in the chiller due to the moisture within. You may elect to purchase a sturdier cake box, if you wish, from our Add-Ons menu.
